We pride ourselves on knowing our drink. And take our drinks as seriously as we do our food. No matter if it’s beer, cocktails, spirits or fine wines that is required, we can provide answers to your questions and suggest a perfect drinks menu to compliment your choice of food.
Having the correct selection of drink for your event is what we do. We listen to what you want, take into account what you are eating, look at the style and atmosphere you want to create at your event, then supply a bespoke bar service and drinks menu for your occasion.
Bar and Staff
Our mobile bar is impressive and comes in all shapes and sizes. Our standard professional Stainless steel bar comes in different sizes to suite the venue. Supplied with Ice well and refrigeration it is just like being in your local.
We can also supply bespoke bars to make your event extra special. Talk to us about having an Ice Bar or a Circular Bar. Have Ice sculptures to impress your guests or ask about having a flair show (bottle juggling) as entertainment.
Our bar staff are all professional bartenders and most are trained cocktail tenders, while our waiting staff are polite, efficient and helpful.
Cocktails
Our professional cocktail mixologists will help bring your cocktail party alive while our flair bartenders, if requested prior to the event, will demonstrate their skills (Tom Cruise style) for your entertainment.
We use the finest ingredients in our cocktails and can have your favourite drink available for you and your guests. Fine glassware and elegant garnishes ensures that your cocktails look as good as they taste.
Spirits
We carry a substantial range of spirits, from single malt whiskeys and world famous brands of the finest spirits and liquors. We will do our best to make available, on request, spirits we don’t carry as standard.
Prior to your event we will discuss your best options to ensure the choice of drink suites your guests taste.
Beers
We are please to make available both regular and imported beers and lagers of your choice. We can source the finest from home and abroad and will, on request, provide draught beer as well as our standard bottled and canned.
Wines
Through our network of knowledgeable wine experts we can source and supply the wine of your choice. From simple good quality house wine to the finest Champaign we will advise and supply that which will compliment your choice of food.
